First, I think this is a much needed project and will accelerate spatial data visualization among a broader audience than strictly the GIS crowd.

And since no one asked, I thought I'd volunteer my $0.10: we output our spatial data to Google Earth and Flash interfaces using the AsGML and AsSVG functions (from PostGIS mostly, and a bit of Oracle). I've seen that these bits have 'Low' priority in the Issue tracker. If they could be bumped up the priority list, that would help us start testing within our existing workflows. Since we're not software developers per se, we don't have much to offer in return other than a steak dinner for when you come to Denver....

Again, we're excited by the possibilities here.

Thanks for your feedback.

Please, download the latest source code package and give it a try: AsGML has been just implemented.

(Anyway, for me it's fine if, instead of a dinner invitation, you make heavy testing of this new feature :-)

Hey, that's what I call service!

We'll have a look at it and get back with some feedback.

Thanks again,
